Most video on this site is encoded as H.264 (MPEG-4) with the audio compressed as AAC. Our site is configured to play these video files for you using the Adobe Flash plugin (version 9 or greater), or if Flash is not available, with a browser that supports HTML5 standards. This means that not all older computers and mobile devices may be able to access our video. One example of a device which is often unable to display our video is the original model iPhone. It does not support Flash or a web browser capable of using HTML5.

Troubleshooting Tips:

1. Make sure you have JavaScript enabled in your browser preferences (though normally on by default, if it is turned off many of these videos won't display properly). Our pages use JavaScript to decide how best to play video on your system.
   
   
2. If you are using a computer or device that supports Flash, make sure you have at least version 9 of the Flash player. Get the latest Flash player here.
   
   
3. If Flash isn't an option then see if there is a web browser for your device that supports HTML5.
